سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع
بناءً على قرار وزارة التجارة والصناعة رقم (27) لسنة 2015 وإصدار اللائحة للقانون رقم (39) لسنة 2014 الذي نص على حق المستهلك في استبدال واسترجاع السلعة خلال 14 يوما من تاريخ الشراء المثبت في الفاتورة، وقد استثنى القانون السلع الثمينة كالمجوهرات والساعات والنظارات وملابس السهرة وملابس الأعراس والأشياء الملامسة للجلد (ملابس السباحة والملابس الداخلية) والعطور فتكون مدة الاستبدال والاسترجاع يوم واحد بشرط إثبات خيار الرد في فاتورة الشراء ، وفي جميع الأحوال أن تكون السلعة بحالتها الأصلية.
لذا نحيطكم علماً بأنه يحق للمستهلك استبدال السلع أو ردها ( البخور والمباخر والأدهان ) خلال مدة 14 يوماً من تاريخ الشراء المثبت في الفاتورة والسلع ( المنتجات العطرية ) خلال ثلاثة أيام وذلك وفق الضوابط والشروط التالية:
• أن تكون السلعة بنفس حالتها عند الشراء.
• ألا يكون المستهلك قد استخدمها بأي شكل من الأشكال.
• ألا تكون السلعة قد تعرضت للتلف بسبب سوء التخزين من قبل المستهلك.
Return and Refund policy
Based on the Ministry of Trade and Industry’s Resolution No. (27) of 2015 and the issuance of the regulations for Law No. (39) of 2014, which stipulates the consumer’s right to exchange and return the item within 14 days from the date of purchase stated in the invoice. The law excludes valuable goods such as jewelry, watches, glasses, and evening wear. For wedding clothes, items that come in contact with the skin (swimwear and underwear), and perfumes, the exchange and return period is one day, provided that the return option is confirmed in the invoice. Purchase, and in all cases the item must be in its original condition.
Therefore, we inform you that the consumer has the right to exchange or return the goods (Incense, burners, and oils including agarwood oils) within a period of 14 days from the date of purchase stated in the invoice, and the goods (aromatic products) within three days, in accordance with the following controls and conditions:
• The item must be in the same condition as when purchased.
• The consumer must not have used it in any way.
• The commodity must not have been damaged due to poor storage by the consumer.
